Housing
Off Campus College (OCC)
The Off Campus College is the Binghamton University office dedicated to serving students who live off-campus. We support students to be self-sufficient, safe, and successful, providing housing search recommendations, tenants rights information, legal guidance and more. OCC is located in the University Union West, Dean of Students Suite, Room W204C.
Location: University Union West – UUW-204C
The OCC provides a free Legal Clinic for students facing landlord issues to speak to local lawyers. These services are limited to the legal counsel and advice provided to you during your consultation. The Clinic takes place on Wednesdays generally alternating between in-person from 11:30am-1:30pm and virtually from 1:30pm-3:30pm.

Binghamton University offers students, faculty and staff access to OCCT and Broome County Transit buses at no cost by scanning their Binghamton University ID.
Free transportation through OCCT is made possible by the student activity fee.
